Our Fred AI Concierge uses artificial intelligence to process your messages and provide relevant responses. Message content is processed by third-party AI providers (Anthropic) solely for the purpose of generating responses. We do not sell your message content to third parties. AI-generated responses may include vendor recommendations, property data, and market information — these are informational and should not be considered professional appraisals or legal advice.

4. SMS/Text Messaging

  • By opting in to our messaging service, you consent to receive text messages from Fred, Focal Real Estate Group's AI concierge.
  • Message frequency varies based on your interactions.
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
  • For help, reply HELP or contact us at the information below.
  • We do not share your phone number or opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • Carrier participation may vary; T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and other major carriers are supported.

  • Your Focal Real Estate Group agent: To facilitate your real estate needs and provide personalized service.
  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist in operating our services (Twilio for messaging, Anthropic for AI, Supabase for data storage). These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.
  • Recommended Vendors: We share your contact information with a vendor only if you explicitly request an introduction or appointment.
